4 things Real Madrid need to work on to turn around recent results

First and foremost, Real Madrid has not made enough use of last transfer window to replace attacking options like James Rodriguez, Alvaro Morata and Mariano who have left due to less playing time that was offered to them last season. Real madrid badly need to focus on buying a CAM and Striker. Present scenario of Real madrid with only Cristiano Ronaldo has reliable option to score goals isn't working. We know that benzema isnt that great in scoring goals but he is too good in linking up the play for ronaldo with the help of our midfield and Welsh Winger Gareth Bale is very proned to injuries as he has played less than 50% of matches this season. Real need to wait till January 2018 for the next transfer window to open and pick some good players to fill the voids. Some of the players i think who will fit nicely into real madrids outfit. Mohammed Salah(liverpool), Fekir(Lyon),Timo Werner (RB Leipzig) and Aubameyeg (Dortmund)

Secondly 4-4-2 isn't just working for Real Madrid especially when you are playing against small teams which tend to defend more and attack on counter like Girona and Real Betis. The defence of opposition is outnumbering our players and Real madrid have only Cristiano has authentic goal scorer. Real madrid need to get back to 4-3-3 and make use of asensio, lucas vasquez and Mayoral has third attacking option which in a way prevents midfield from hogging the ball for long time.

3). Substitutions :

I have felt personally Zidane is yet to make use of young talent our bench has in the likes of ceballos, kovaicic, llorente, Theo and vallejo. These players had a great season last year and proved themselves has match winners in their stinct with former teams. Zidane doesn't look to substitute till late 75th minute in the match. I hope they get a reasonable playing time to showcase there talent and prove themselves as a macth winner. Every player needs atleast 10 minutes to settle down and to read the match. Last Year Zidane was forced to use substitutes because the bench was filled with World Class Players like James and Alvaro Morata. I genuinely feel using the present bench will provide lot of answers and results for real madrid.

.Another Tactical Observation i have made is Real need to use Asensio more frequently. Last year Asensio has proved himself to be match winner and he was good in front of goal. He can play has a winger and feed the ball right with his accurate crosses and passes which real madrid is Real madrids need of hour now and also he can shoot and find right place to receive a pass during attack. And If Zidane sticks to 442 i would prefer Asensio over Isco because of his ability to play has both winger and attacking mid.
